Members aged 12 or above are welcomed to submit their artwork. Each applicant is limited to 3 artworks only. The size of the artwork should not be larger than 1m x 1m. The exhibition categories include: painting (any medium), photography, ceramic and handcrafts. Painting is to be framed, and photography needs to be mounted on a card paper. Each artwork needs to have a title which is gospel-related. Applicant also needs to provide both Chinese and English description (about 40 words).

From 28 to March 4 February , applicants can personally or through agent to deliver their artworks to the Reception of the Church Administration Building in Wanchai. Please mark ‘To: Brother Fong Tze Yu.’ All the submissions are to be evaluated by the judges to determine their permission of exhibition. Additionally, applicants need to pay a $100 deposit; the check should be payable to “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint Hong Kong Limited.” The deposit will be refunded on the last day of the exhibition. In other words, applicants need to collect their artworks on that day. Otherwise, the deposit will be spent on transportation and will not be refunded.

The closing ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, 21 April 2007, at 6:00 p.m.. Special guests are cordially invited to speak on that night, and the Gospel Art Exhibition participants will share their feelings of creating their art pieces.

On that night (21 April), the exhibition participants can collect their art pieces from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If they cannot come personally, they can have a representative to do it for them. As the collection of art pieces involves returning the deposit (HK$100), the representatives need to show an authorized letter signed by the artists. A sample letter is posted on the church website for easy reference.
